Consent to collection and use of personal data

  • What we collect: your name, phone number, email (optional), your pet's name and species, symptoms and requests, preferred visit date (optional).
  • Why: to contact you about your booking request and to guide your visit.
  • How long: destroyed without delay once the booking request has been handled, except where a law requires us to keep it longer.
  • You may decline. If you do, we cannot take an online booking request, but you can still book by phone.

We test, then we explain

We explain the results and the choices that follow. If surgery is not the right answer, we say so first.

Referrals from veterinary hospitals

When referring a patient, please send the recent echocardiography, radiographs, blood work and current medication first. Tests already done are not repeated.

Can I visit without an appointment?
Regular care is by appointment only. Without one we may not be able to see you, so please book first.
Is emergency care really 24 hours?
Yes, for heart disease and breathing difficulty.
